1. Key motivation: To encourage more people to just get out there to exercise regularly because it is beneficial for your physical and mental health 2. To inspire others with the confidence to have a go who do not see themselves as athletes and so maybe put of doing exercise because they will be shown up or 'humiliated', by showing that, for example, age is no barrier and that you can accommodate not only age but also any other seeming obstacle to exercise with the right incentive and understanding that nobody cares how you look anyway, but the advantages are so beneficial that you should not let that fear put you off!
