Running is so good for the body & mind. I used to think I "wasn't built for running", struggled to run anything over a few miles & switched to other sports! Running is for everyone! The social side is amazing & the Community is so inclusive & welcoming. I want to encourage more people to get outside more. I want to encourage people to overcome any fears of group running & make meaningful connections while investing in their wellbeing. I want to make the outdoors more accessible - to create a safe, supportive tribe where people can get away from the screens, detox from the digital world & find some calm while moving. I want to create a mentor scheme - for motivation & support - bringing people together from all backgrounds - to run together.
