In particular I want people to realise the benefits of running to their mental health, not just their physical wellbeing. I want to encourage running across every age group (and ability) in the town and surrounding areas. I also feel strongly that it's important to raise overall awareness of - and improve the experience and safety for - female runners. Running can and should be for everyone who wants to do it, be that for leisure, sport, getting from A to B and for good mental health, regardless of age, gender etc.
