1. Try to create a safer network of off road places to be active such as linking footpaths together and clearing footpaths of rubbish. 2. If you do drive, I'd like to promote the possibility of parking further away to walk, run and cycle to more places, such as school - as well as trying different routes and journeys actively instead. 3. Encourage people to take part in running for the mental health benefits, working with local running groups, the NHS and other partners.
